Q: Can you give me a discount price?

A: It depends on the order quantity. The larger the volume is, the more discount you can enjoy.

Q: Why does your price a little bit higher than other Chinese suppliers?

A: To meet the requirement of different customers, we manufacture various kinds of quality for each item at a wide range of prices. We can offer the products of different quality levels depend on customers’ target price.

Q: How can I get a sample?

A: Normally small samples (size not larger than 150*150mm) can be free given, you just need to pay for the freight cost, or you can provide your DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS courier account number to us. Then we can send out the sample to you. For bigger sizes, it depends.

Q: How can you guarantee the quality of mass production is the same with the sample that sent to me before?

A: When sending you the sample, we will keep another same one in record with your company name on it. After your confirmation, we will take it as the standard sample to make the products and QC the product according to this approval sample.

Q: How can you deal with quality issues that customer feedback after receiving the goods?

A: We will follow below steps to solve the quality issues that may occur.

1) Customers take photos of unqualified goods and then our sales staff will send them to Engineering Department to verify. 

2) If the issue is confirmed, our sales staff will explain reason and take corrective actions in coming orders.

3) Finally, we will negotiate with our customers to make some compensation.

Q: What is the payment term?

A: Normally, our payment term is TT 30% deposit before production and TT 70% before shipment. However, this is open for discussion.

Q: What is the lead time of production?

A: It depends on the order quantity. Usually, the lead time is 5-15 working days after receiving the deposit.

Q: What is the manner of packing?

A: Sheets will be packed in wooden pallets and rods will be packed in wooden case. Normally, one pallet or case can hold 1000kgs-1500kgs.

Q: What is the difference between POM-C and POM-H?

A: Copolymer and homopolymer acetal's are very similar in many characteristics. However, there are some differences, e.g. POM-H has higher mechanical values, better wear resistance and is better for use in tribological applications (friction and wear). POM-C has better chemical resistance.

Q: What is the difference between cast nylon and extruded nylon?

A: The main difference lies in the manufacturing process. Cast polyamide products are manufactured by means of a chemical reaction process. This allows products with extremely large dimensions and custom cast parts to be manufactured. Water absorption and dimensional changes are lower in CAST. The crystallinity is greater so that wear resistance and machinability are better. Extruded absorbs more moisture and is thus tougher and has greater impact and vibration damping properties.

Q: What is the difference between PA6 and Pa66?

A: PA6 exhibits better long term performance at high temperatures than PA66 and should be the preferred material for any application running for extended periods above 150ºC. The better end-of-life properties of PA6 by up to 60% can be exploited in the design stage, either to reduce the amount of material needed to ensure a specific performance, or by extending durability or part life guarantees.When operating temperatures are above 100°C, parts dry out rapidly and the effect of moisture absorption on properties can be ignored.

Where temperatures can spike at above 215ºC (the HDT of glass reinforced PA6) but less than 250ºC, PA66 is preferred. For even higher temperatures, a high temperature material such as Stanyl may be needed.
